📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day(excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • Please double-check your address — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Free UK Shipping on orders over £50

 

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Europe, USA, and Canada.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location (usually 5–14 business days).

  • Customs or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

  • IbtyBeautyLondon is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs.

  • If your package is lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date — we’ll help investigate or replace it when possible.
